Order Processing

All Mugworx products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been fulfilled:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 3–9 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Orders

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delivery Issues

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered complete. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed, we can reship the item once it has been returned, but additional shipping fees will apply.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@mugworx.com and we will assist in resolving the issue.
