Returns

Because every Mugworx product is made-to-order, all sales are final. Please double-check the size charts and product details before ordering.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we’ll make it right with either a replacement or a refund.

Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery. After 14 days, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.

We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable due to an incomplete/incorrect address, failure to pick up, or the customer not being available, refunds will not be issued. We can reship the item once it’s returned, but shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

To start a return, email support@mugworx.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

To qualify for a refund, you must provide photos or video proof of the issue within 14 days.

  • Replacement option: if approved, you won’t need to return the faulty item; we’ll ship a new one.

  • Refund option: if approved, you’ll need to send the defective item back in its original packaging (poly bag and barcode stickers included). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card company.

  3. Contact your bank.

If you’ve done all of the above and still don’t see your refund, email support@mugworx.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale.


Exchanges

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept size exchanges.

If you need an exchange for a defective item, contact support@mugworx.com with photos or video showing the problem. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

Information We Collect

When you place an order, we collect personal details such as your name, shipping address, email, and payment information.

This data is used solely to:

  • Process and ship your order.

  • Communicate with you about your order or account.

  • Provide customer service.


Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

We do share necessary information with:

  • Payment processors (WooPayments/Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.) to securely process transactions.

  • Our fulfillment partner (Printful) to produce and ship your order.


Security

Payment data is encrypted during transmission. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission is 100% secure.


Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email us at support@mugworx.com.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
