About Mugworx

A Historical Conservation Initiative
Mugworx is both an archive and a creative studio. As custodians of the Mugsy legacy, Dash and Chillski safeguard its history while carrying it into new cultural contexts. The project balances preservation with progression, ensuring Mugsy remains an active presence for future generations.

The Lineage

The Mugsy character tradition was pioneered in the early 1980s by Doze Green and carried forward by select members of the TC5, FC, and IBM crews. Mugworx documents and protects this foundation, presenting it in ways that keep the history visible and relevant today.

Creations

New works and limited collections expand the Mugsy tradition through drawings, designs, and seasonal drops. Led by Dash and Chillski, each release is treated as part of a larger body of work — a living extension of the archive that connects visual storytelling across mediums.

The Hub

Mugworx is structured as a meeting ground where graffiti history, character design, and pop culture converge. It holds past records, present works, and the seeds of future projects — all centered on the enduring figure of Mugsy.
